BSS Check-in Time App Privacy

The APP that is called “Check-in Time” (hereafter as the app) developed by BPM & SOA Solutions Architects S.L. (hereafter as BSS) is an beta app for BERGE-GEFCO that allows track the time dedicated to work. The managed information by app is stored on BSS servers by the agreement that was reached for testing. All information isn’t shared with third parties. The APP doesn’t store sensitive user information on the device except for the user's access account and communication between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS) to protect information exchanged over the Internet. When the user makes use of the app, it requests the permissions to be able to store in the device in order to export data when user request it. In addition, the app has analytics of app to check how app works and detect errors in order to fix them. The information of Analytics is anonymous and is not shared with third parties.
